I have owned this Beatles Four Pop Guitar since 1964.
I remember when I got it at the downtown Woolworths in the Rock and Roll Capital of the World -- Cleveland Ohio.
Twenty years ago I saw a Four Pop guitar for sale at the Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame for $800 and it did not look as good as mine.
This guitar is in better shape than any I have seen on eBay.
The only flaws are the usual surface scratches and it looks like a stress crack on the back where the neck attaches to the body.
The pictures of the Fab Four are perfect and bright in color on both the body and the head. Two center strings are original and the ones on the ends are replacements. My mom put my name on the back of the head in Magic Marker. I did not try to remove it although I read that it is possible.
The guitar comes with a beautiful replica backing card I made by looking at the Mastro catalog. You get your choice of (A)darker faces, (B)black faces, (C)lighter faces or NEW (D) Purple faces Message me with your choice or I will ship with the lighter faces. Also included is a replica songbook and pick. My sister threw the originals out before I could save them.
