1. Unresponsive touch or dead pixel : check the model and version.
(Digitizer is not sensitive touches while only touching it on the edge, /outside/ of the screen area. This is where you would normally hold it with your thumbs and where no touches should be registered at all.)
Bad images ： Send seller clear pictures. It can be damaged during shipping or buyer's improper installation hurts it.
