Amazing three disc compilation, put together by none other than Ethan Hawke himself, originally for his real-life daughter. Later, he worked his home-made compilation into perhaps the best scene in the 2014 movie Boyhood, where he gives the 3-CD set to his son for his birthday. All great, but the actual discs were never made...until NOW! Utilizing the best masters available for each track, and remastering each for optimal sound quality throughout, this set has been meticulously re-created from the discs shown in the movie, right down to the disc artwork itself, which is printed directly onto the disc. Professional looking and sounding in every way imaginable, the set also fixes the one flaw with the movie compilation, which was disc three was only half-full. Ten songs have been added to finally complete the set. Make no mistake about it, this is THE lost Beatles album. One that truly works as an engaging listening experience.
