2. You package and ship your Apple Watch to us (AT YOUR COST WITH A CARRIER OF YOUR CHOICE).PLEASE PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION AND INCLUDE YOUR EBAY ID IN THE PACKAGE,
3. Send us a request for shipping info and instructions;
4. We will replace the glass in 1- 3 biz days and ship it back. It's fast and that simple!
WARRANTY:
LIFETIME WARRANTY on parts and labor as long as there are no signs of physical damage (that includes water damage).
We use water resistant adhesive, however, we don't guarantee water proofing. It is one-time event at the factory.Your seal was broken when the screen cracked.The water resistant adhesive will allow you not to worry about washing dishes or rinsing off in the sink if gets dirty.For the past several years we fixed hundreds of Apple watches and we did not have any problems and returns, however WE DO NOT RECOMMEND swimming or submerging your watch as we DO NOT cover water damage. Warranty claims will not include shipping fees.
DATA BACKUP: Please make sure to backup your data on to your iCloud.
PASSWORD: We highly recommend removing the passcode to allow us to thoroughly test the watch and make sure everything is working properly. If you come across any issues but chose not to remove or give us your passcode then you will be responsible for shipping if any additional work is required.
