The stamps were issued in 1995.
There are 4 stamps are on a sheet that measures 3.5”x 4.5” in size, with each stamp itself measuring 1.025”x 1.75” in size.
These stamps are in mint condition. There are no rips, tears, wrinkles, writing, or stains on either the face or gum sides. The perforation between each stamp has not been torn. All 4 stamps are fully perorated
